Machine Features:
The system adopts a smooth S-curve acceleration and deceleration control software design, enabling swift and stable operation. Combined with automatic light attenuation compensation technology, it ensures ideal results across various cutting positions.
A fully opto-isolated system, paired with high-speed differential input/output circuit design, ensures signal integrity over long-distance transmissions without distortion. It also provides strong anti-interference capability. The system supports 12-channel work status outputs and 16-channel status inputs, allowing seamless integration with the user's production environment.
Users can optimize the cutting path through software according to their specific needs.
The software also supports spot size trajectory compensation.
With years of experience working closely with major footwear manufacturers, the machine has undergone extensive testing specifically for the footwear material industry, resulting in a targeted and optimized component configuration.

A newly designed blade-strip conveyor replaces the traditional mesh belt, effectively reducing laser reflection during cutting. Over time, conventional mesh belts tend to clog, and without timely airflow clearance, cutting performance is affected. The new blade-strip conveyor enhances suction, minimizes reflections, and results in improved cutting quality. With better exhaust performance, both cutting speed and cutting results are significantly enhanced.

Optional 24-megapixel high-definition camera is available. It enables automatic recognition and positioning for cutting of shoe uppers, jacquard fabrics, and other materials—eliminating the need for manual placement.

Edge-detection cutting is suitable for flexible materials used in the footwear and apparel industries, including fabric, digital printing, UV-printed materials, embossed materials, synthetic leather, space fabric, microfiber, nano materials, mesh fabric, and knitted (flyknit) uppers.
